- Europe: 10-15 business days

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@snugglepawbeds.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
